Message problem and it turned out to be bad pcv valves. If you let the car idle too long here came the smoke. Never smoked over idle or boost or any other time. Pull your balance tube and I'll bet you find your plenum holding a puddle of oil towards the rear (cause the engine is tilted of course) but look forward toward the pcv inlets and you'll see they're clear of oil. Typically valve seals only leak when starting, as the oil has drained down the valve stem. If the seals are completely shot then the car will smoke all the time as if the rings were bad. But you do a compression test and its good. Also, with new oem pcv valves I found that if the car idle wasn't adjusted right to idle around 700 rpm, it would still suck oil if the idle was up around 900-1000. So just a thought bit pcv's are a lot less work than valve seals.
